Sutton Training Hub provides educational and development opportunities to primary care staff with the main aims of increasing recruitment, upskilling staff and retention of staff. Covering both clinical and non-clinical staff, we offer a wide range from key skills needed to perform an individual’s role within primary skills, and advanced courses to help staff reach their full potential in their primary care career. We also support the training of future primary care placements by facilitating student placements across Sutton.
Our work involves collaborating with Clinical and Non-clinical colleagues in other South West London Training hubs, to provide training and education towards the HEE Star priorities and priorities of NHSEI to further increase recruitment and staff retention.
