We received feedback from patients who said that our Enhanced Access Hub was hard to find. Following this feedback, we’ve increased the number of signs at the Enhanced Access Hub site in Robin Hood Lane Health Centre. Thank you for letting us know how we can improve our services!

Name badges

We have received feedback from patients who were unsure of which clinician they were seeing. We have introduced large, brightly coloured badges that clearly display each team member’s role and their name. We hope the badges enhance our patients’ awareness of who they are meeting during their appointments!
