About Us

Who are we?

We are a group of 22 General Practices in Sutton working together to improve patient care. We call ourselves the Sutton Primary Care Networks. To help explain, we put together a video which you may find beneficial below:

What is a Primary Care Network?

There are four primary care networks (PCN) in different areas of Sutton, each with a number of GP Practices. We have combined these four networks into one to try to offer services across all of Sutton. This way, everyone can benefit no matter which GP Practice you visit. These Primary Care Networks are:

Carshalton Primary Care Network

Cheam and South Sutton (CASS) Primary Care Network

Central Sutton Primary Care Network

Wallington Primary Care Network

All four combined make up us: Sutton Primary Care Networks.

To learn more about each PCN, head over to the Primary Care Networks page. If you want to learn more about each PCN’s member GP practices, and find out which PCN your GP Practice is part of, head over to the Member Practices page.

What is our aim?

Our aim is to make it easier for patients to get the care and services they need. We aim to provide care close to your home that works for you.

Our team of networks allows us to expand services in ways individual GP Practices may not be able to. You can see some of the services we are able to offer to all our GP Practices here. Together, we can better address the health needs of the whole Sutton community.
