Our Home Visiting Service is Here to Support You

If you or someone you live with is unwell but struggles to leave your home, our Home Visiting Service may be able to help.

Please note that this service is only for those aged 18 and over and who are either temporarily or permanently housebound.

Our Paramedics are trained specialists who can support with a variety of health issues including minor injuries and supporting with long term health conditions that are worsening. They support patients who are housebound, including those living in nursing and care homes and households with COVID-19.

Important Information

Please note that our team does not transport patients to hospital, and whilst we are paramedics, we do not work in an ambulance. We are also unable to deliver test samples.


How to Make An Appointment

If you or the person you care for are:

  • Housebound
  • Aged 18 or over
  • Registered with a Sutton GP Practice

You can make an appointment with our service.

From Monday-Friday call your GP Practice to ask for a referral to our team.

On weekends, bank holidays and Christmas Day you can call the Enhanced Access Hub (GP Out of Hours) for a referral on: 0333 332 6570
