NHS Sutton Talking Therapies

Sutton Uplift offers psychological therapies in line with the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) model. We are a primary care psychological therapies service for people aged 18 years and over experiencing emotional difficulties including low mood, anxiety, eating problems, and stress. Our experienced team of clinicians has been operating as Sutton IAPT since 2009 and is skilled at supporting people using a range of therapies.

Togetherall is a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing.Millions of people in the UK have access via their participating employer, university, college, NHS provider or local council. All armed forces personnel, veterans and their families (16+) also have free access.

The Foundation for Positive Mental Health

We are a charity dedicated to promoting skills training for positive mental health, to enhance everyday wellbeing, increase resilience to, and recovery from, mental health difficulties.
